Job Description: Mercedes-Benz of Columbus is seeking an individual for Commercial Vans Sales Specialist. The Commercial Vans Sales Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving the success of Mercedes-Benz commercial van sales in the Columbus market and surrounding areas. This position offers an exciting opportunity to build strong business relationships, provide tailored vehicle solutions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences, all while meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Job Duties:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets for Mercedes-Benz commercial vans in the Columbus market and across the country.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with business clients to understand their needs and provide personalized vehicle solutions.
• Actively prospect and cold call to generate new business leads in the commercial market
• Collaborate with the dealership’s finance and leasing departments to offer customers comprehensive financing and leasing options.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicle offerings, features, and technology.
• Handle all aspects of the sales process, including test drives, vehicle demonstrations, contract negotiations, and delivery to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales activities
• Attend relevant industry events and networking opportunities to expand the dealership’s reach and establish new relationships.
• Adhere to all dealership and manufacturer policies and procedures to ensure compliance and business success

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Knowledge of commercial vehicles and their applications
• Local business contacts preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Department: Service   Job Type: Full-Time

Hours: M-F 8am – 6pm    Occasional Saturday per month 8am-1pm 

Job Description: Mercedes-Benz of Columbus is looking for a qualified individual for a Technician or Technician Apprentice position. This individual will work under the supervision of Certified Mercedes-Benz Technicians and learn how to become a successful technician in the automotive industry. 

The ideal candidate will: 

• Have some automotive mechanical experience. 
• Have the ability to mount and balance tires, as well as perform general maintenance services on vehicles. 
• Have a positive attitude. 
• Be detail oriented. 
• Be able to communicate with customers in a professional manner.  
• Be able to pass drug screen, and background check.
