We were in Columbus in our sprinter-based RV when we had an emergency that might have ended our entire trip and stranded us there for quite a while. I reached out to the Columbus Mercedes folks and they were very willing to help (which is not always the case, in my experience). Long story short, Robert in the service department got us squared away in just a few days despite not having an appointment and they only charged us a diagnostic fee! That's the kind of customer service which will keep me buying Mercedes!
The mechanics broke the embroil on my tire rim and the service manager (Jose) said nothing to me about until I reached out to him after my car was delivered back to me.
The people are kind and thoughtful.They are timely. The physical plant was clean and neat.

Ms Pennington always greets me by name regardless of the amount of time that has passed between visits. She conducts herself in a professional manner and makes sure that repairs or servicing are done in a timely manner.

Followed up on an explanation of needed services and when they are actually due. The Service Department did a good job with the service, to include the washing/cleaning of my vehicle.

We had an issue with our Mercedes RV Class C. It went into limp mode and fortunately we were close bye in Columbus. They were able to get it into the shop in a few hours for their sprinter mechanic to diagnosed the issue. In the mean time, the dealership provided a complimentary vehicle for us to use and go into town to grab some lunch. Fortunately, it was only a loose air filter hose. My car all of a sudden wouldn’t start while traveling from Atlanta, Ga to Florida and was originally towed to a Mercedes Benz dealership in Montgomery, Al that couldn’t figure out what the issue was for 4 days, so I had it towed to the Columbus, Ga location. One of the best car buying experiences has been with Tyler Poole. From beginning until the end of the deal I felt heard. My buying process was handled with 5 star customer service. Quickly and efficiently Tyler and Zarome are definitely a team that delivers and not to mention the service department they also rocks!
I felt service was great. Wish they would have checked for recalls or updates needed as I waited for my tire to arrive so they could have handled those instead of telling me they couldn't do one of those updates because it would have required 5 hours.
Robert did a great job keeping me informed with what was going on with the vehicle. He let me know how long it was going to be before parts were gonna be jn . Robert was great to work with while vehicle was there. I'd recommend him to anyone.
Rachelle, the service writer, helped to facilitate getting the repair done in a timely fashion. It was a very positive experience.
The Mercedes dealership is clean and tidy, but nothing extraordinary or impressive. It’s just plain, unremarkable. The other dealerships offer a vast selection of snacks, including coffee, popcorn, and water bottles. But at Mercedes there's only a single Keurig machine, tiny water bottles, but that’s about it. The service this time was not as good as before.
The service department is spot on! Robert and the Service Manager worked diligently to get our car fixed before we left on vacation. There was continuous communication between them and us.

Service were good because of the ability to fix recommended things in a timely manner. I wanted my radio which is not working to be looked which i felt enough time wasn't put on it.
Robert and Daliah in Service are amazing! So competent and friendly! This is truly what a Service department should be. I had returned my car to the purchase dealership (not Columbus) twice and the problem remained. Within an hour, the technicians at Mercedes of Columbus had diagnosed my car and ordered the repair!! Rachelle did OK. My problem is taking the car in for service B. Estimated cost $750. After I received it back Rachelle called me to explain my automobile needed $8000 in additional repairs. This is a car that has 21,000 miles on it. So I opted for NONE of those additional things. One of the estimates was $2000 to change spark plugs on an eight cylinder engine. Our engine is six cylinders. I don't think I'll be going back.
